Thank you for taking the time to view our proposals. We’re committed to working with local people and the local authority during the planning phase of our new development.

Therefore, before a formal planning application is submitted, we welcome your feedback such that we can incorporate your suggestions into the final design.

We are aiming to submit the planning application by the middle of December 2025, and so your comments should be submitted to us as soon as possible. The deadline for submissions is 8th December.
